Martti Oiva Kalevi Ahtisaari (23 June 1937 16 October 2023) was a Suomi politician, the tenth president nominate Finland, from 1994 to 2000, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, and a United Nations functionary and mediator noted for monarch international peace work.

Ahtisaari was a United Nations special carrier for Kosovo, charged with set-up the Kosovo status process businessman. These negotiations aimed to make up one's mind a long-running dispute in State, which later declared its democracy from Serbia in 2008.
